DISCIPLES WHO MAKE DISCIPLES
Our mission at Del View comes from Matthew 28 where Jesus tells his disciples, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." This means the kingdom of heaven is HERE and NOW! Every believer has been appointed by Christ to be a reflection of who He is to the world. As we grow closer to Him, our lives should bear fruit. Fruit is two life streams coming together to yield what is eternal. We own that we have been given the purpose of investing our Christ-given life in others to yield eternal fruit through making disciples. This is Jesus's A-Game and the vehicle he created to move His kingdom forward!
Making disciples is an intentional, life-on-life commitment modeled by Jesus and commanded in 2 Timothy 2:2. Following Paul’s instruction to Timothy, we aim to build a culture of four generations of disciple-makers: 1)Paul, 2)Timothy, 3)reliable leaders, and 4)the others they reach.
At Del View, we call this MD4. We equip our church family (OIKOS) to move beyond classes and checklists, investing deeply in others to spark a Kingdom movement in our city.

Romans 12:1 says: "1I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship."
The Lord has called us to use our bodies for his kingdom, but we will be unable to walk out obedience if our bodies are unable. LADIES!!! Join us for a Christ-centered workout where we will offer our worship to Him by physically training and caring for our bodies together through dance exercise.
*PSA: This a WOMEN'S ONLY event. Daughters and girls welcome with adult supervision.
May 16th, 9am| DV OIKOS Center
Men, are you "good soil" or are the thorns and birds in your life choking out His word before it has a chance to transform you? Join use for breakfast as a common man who has been with Jesus brings the WORD with all authority. We will open with worship, followed by a teach on what Jesus means when He talks about men of God being "good soil". Break outs will follow the teach where you will have an opportunity to build relationship with other men and receive the kind of brotherly challenge that sharpens iron. Hope to see you there!
Saturdays in May, 7am-9am| DV Parking Lot & OC
We have seen over and over in through the scientific research as well as through our observations in men's ministry that men bond through doing hard things together. In 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, Paul speaks to how our physical discipline affects our spiritual walk.
We see that practicing physical discipline in our bodies enables us to run the race the Lord has set before us and resist the temptations of the flesh. Join us every Saturday morning in May at 7am for a time of building physical, mental and spiritual discipline as we become FIT TO SERVE together. We will do a 45 minute workout, shoulder to shoulder with other men. Right after, we will have morning coffee in the OIKOS Family Center where men will share what Jesus has been teaching them and build relationship.
*PSA: This a MEN'S ONLY event. Sons and young men welcome with adult supervision.
DAKOTA PALOMINO
Dakota and Maddie Palomino were married on October 9th, 2022 before setting down roots in Midwest City, OK. Dakota was installed as the Lead Pastor at Del View in September 2022, after the Lord birthed a deep compassion in him for the community of Del City. Dakota and Maddie believe that too often believers' faith comes to hinge on the Pastor and not on Jesus Christ. They are passionate about equipping each and every believer with the tools to be able to hear the voice of the Lord for themselves. Dakota was ordained by Brown to Green Global Ministries, and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He currently works as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate for Kingdom Bridge Inc and as a Personal Trainer. Maddie works as a homemaker and mother to their son Shepherd!
